Return & Exchange Policy

     Because of the nature of our work:

• No refunds or returns once the courier has completed delivery and left your location.

 

• Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

• We accept exchange only if the wrong item was sent (must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it).

• Slight differences in size or color may occur due to the handmade nature.

 

• Every item is made to order. We don’t keep stock.

   

We ask you to check the item when it’s delivered. If there’s any issue, please tell the courier immediately or contact us within 24 hours.
